All those who receive professional training also require regular inputs of development and learning. Coaches are no different. Continued professional development enables learning, aids motivation and builds engagement. Often coaches are trained then left to their own devices. These inputs of learning, bring coaches together to explore new coaching topics and also share their coaching experiences with each other.
These workshops are aimed at all those who have received some from of coaching development. Ideal events for organisations to provide for the coaches they have trained.

Content and learning style
The workshop will incorporate pre-reading, activities, discussions and slides to explore the particular CPD activity. Practice coaching sessions will enable candidates to deploy their coaching in real time situations and receive feedback on your coaching.
These ½ to 1 day workshops can be delivered face to face or virtually.
