This workshop introduces and practices the key skills and behaviours required to effectively coach employees in the workplace. Understanding what coaching is and how it works. Developing powerful listening and questioning skills. Utlising and practicing a coaching model to get the best from coaching sessions. Recognising the need to build meaningful coaching relationship.
The workshop is aimed at current and prospective Team Leaders. It is also suitable for any individual who wants to develop their communication and people engagement skills and behaviours

Content and Learning Styles
The workshop will incorporate pre-reading, activities, discussions and slides to explore coaching in the workplace. Practice coaching sessions will enable candidates to deploy their coaching in real time situations and receive feedback on your coaching.
The workshop can be delivered face to face or virtually. The latter through a series of blocks of learning and activities.
