Meet Paul
Paul Bennett is a key contributor to 4i forum. He is Managing Director of Metis Corporate Education and the Director of Enterprise at Southampton Business School.
Paul utilises his understanding of the current business environment and management challenges to translate operational and strategic issues into learning and development initiatives. He is very much at the forefront of learning process innovation and has designed and delivered leadership development programmes globally in a variety of learning environments.
Paul is a strategic advisor to a number of Boards in the public, private and third sector. An accomplished keynote speaker, Paul’s positive energy, experience and knowledge ensures that the messages he shares during his keynote lectures inspire others to action. Paul is an experienced Board member currently serving on the Board of Trustees of CMI and the Board of Governance at an an independent school.

- I play drums every day to a very eclectic range of music genres
- I was washed overboard in the Southern Ocean whilst racing around the world on a yacht
